i smacked my shoulder & elbow on a door frame & went to a&e because my shoulder hurt really bad. i sprained my ac joint
but this morning i woke up the like bony bit in my elbow on the left side the one i hurt was slighty more popped out . it feels fuuny & slightly hurts . have i done something to it ?
