Hello Dr.

I am 25 yrs old bachelor.  My penis points absolutely downwards when erect and a little to left side. This is the case since the beginning. I also have premature ejaculation problem. Is there treatment to get normal erection. Please help me out on this. I will really appreciate your valuable inputs.

The downward erection of my penis is right from the beginning of my puberty. It never erected upwards. Premature ejaculation creeped in gradually. I didnt see any doctor regarding this nor had any tests. What tests are required for this?? And there is no excess stress in life either. I was always hesitant and reluctant to discuss this. But I guess its high time I address this issue. Plz help me out on this Dr.

I would advise seeing a Urologist for an examination.

Please do not try any home treatments or any products that are available online.

No, I cannot, but try going to any big hospital, they generally have one on their panel.
