This has started recently and im kind of scared and dont know what is going on. Heart problems run in the family and for the past week every night i go to bed i have trouble sleeping. my left side upper pectoral area is feeling odd and it stays for a very long time and also left side of my back upper middle also mid low left rips. it has this pain that is just irritating and feel like waves of pain. its hard to explain the feeling but i dont know whats wrong. When i try to sleep i get tensed up in like 5 minutes and open my eyes and its not there. When i feel my heart rate its always the same but this feeling is just scary and its a i dont know whats going on moment.
