I have been having pain in my chest mostly around the manubrium. It hurts when I bend over and backwards and when getting out of bed sometimes. Every now and then when taking deep breathes. A year ago I fell at least seven feet on to concrete ground I font know if this has anything to do with it especially since it was a year ago. Does anyone have any idea as to what this might be???
